La Petite Chabrenas Facilities
La Petite Chabrenas is a delightful little cottage ideally suited for a couple.
The cottage is entered through a stable type front door into an open plan area including Lounge, Dining Area and Kitchen with open tread stairs to the first floor.
Lounge Area
This area has an exposed beam ceiling and centres round the original fireplace with its beautiful beams and a wood burning stove. It has a comfortable two-seater Sofa an armchair, TV, video, Radio/CD player.
Kitchen / Dining Area
The corner kitchen comprises single oven gas cooker with extractor fan above, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Cookware is found on a shelf and rail above the ample work surface and cupboards house kitchen equipment and tableware.
In the Dining Area is found a drop leaf oak table and four chairs and stairs lead off this area to the first floor.
Bedroom / Bathroom accommodation
The staircase leads to the attractive double-bedded room with beautiful exposed roof beams and a dormer window.
The bathroom is found on the left hand side at the top of the stairs, also with exposed roof beams and comprises Shower, wash basin and toilet.
Central Heating and hot water
Heating is by electric radiators in all areas of the cottage and hot water via an electrically heated hot water tank. Up to 8kw per day of electricity is included in the rental price.
Garden
La Petite Chabrenas has its own secluded garden with grass and shrubs and is partially shaded by trees and is accessed by stone steps from just by the front door.
Garden furniture includes table with sun umbrella and four chairs and a barbeque. Washing Line.
Laundry Facilities
Iron and ironing board are to be found in the upstairs bathroom cupboard.
Washing Machine
is available within nearby Bread Oven building, please supply your own washing powder.
Tumble dryer available by arrangement and charged separately.
A ‘Laundry service' is available by arrangement and charged separately.
Car Parking
Parking space available at the side of the house.
Smoking
Guests are not allowed to smoke in any of the buildings

La Bergerie Facilities
This delightful cottage has exposed beams throughout.
Lounge
The Lounge area centres around the original oak beamed fireplace with a wood-burning stove and has a three seater settee and another chair. The television has provision for English and French television and there is a DVD player. A CD player and some games can be found in the pine dresser.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The Kitchen has been equipped to a high standard with all the necessary equipment as well as a fridge freezer, cooker and microwave and a full size dishwasher. The Dining Area has a round pine table with four chairs. A High chair or Booster Seat are available if required.
Bathroom
Leading off this open plan living area is the main bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The stairs lead to a landing area.
Bedrooms
The cottage has two bedrooms.
The main bedroom with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. We also have available a cot or travel cot if required and either of these bedrooms could accommodate this.
There is also a separate toilet with wash basin upstairs.
Garden
The totally enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage is planted with shrubs and overlooks a farmers field and our own woodland. It has several patio areas with tables and chairs and sun loungers.
Swimming Pool
This cottage also has the use of our 10m x 5m swimming pool which is found to the rear of the farmhouse in its own privately secluded part of the property surrounded by shrubs and our own woodland.
Laundry Facilities
