Chabrenas is situated only 10 minutes drive from the main A20 Autoroute. It is also within easy travelling distance of the cultural centres of Limoges (30 kms / ½ hour) and Brive (50 kms / ¾ hour). Limoges has a railway station (30kms) and an international airport (40 kms) with daily flights from Stansted and Manchester airports in the UK during the winter months, plus from other airports during the summer. Car hire is also available at the airport.
Directions to find Chabrenas
Leave the main A20 Autoroute at Junction 42, take the D7 to Meuzac. Pass through the town past a garage on the left hand side with a lake visible through the trees (in daylight) on the right hand side. Take the next turnig on the right D54 signposted St Yrieix la Perche and Coussac Bonneval. Go past the restaurant on the right along the barrage to the lake and take the next right hand fork on the £71 to Chaitaignol. Up the hill to the cross roads and turn left onto the D215 to Courniex. Take the next turning on the right by the red and white bollard and Chabrenas courtyard is found at the end of this road.
